Located close to South beach and overlooking the farm institutes fields and incredible sunset views, this impeccable property has been designed with every comfort in mind, including a pool and pool cabana, screened porch, gym and indoor/outdoor surround sound. Each of the 4 bedrooms of the main home has a private bath and balcony. In addition there are two outdoor showers, a chefs kitchen, bar, screened porch with huge sliding screens out to the pool deck and outdoor kitchen. The main open living space with chefs kitchen has views over the Farm Institute fields and there is indoor dining for 10. The living room is punctuated by a stone fireplace and huge vertical window. Two sets of bi fold doors open up to the screened porch which takes you out to the lovely pool deck. Upstairs you will find the primary suite consisting of an office, bedroom, bathroom, balcony with outdoor shower. A large sunset balcony is also upstairs. On the lower level are two bedrooms and baths and a media room. Theres also a private gym with Pilates equipment and a volleyball court. The guest house is situated at the opposite end of the property from the Main House to ensure privacy. In the Guest House there is a king sized bed, two extra long twin beds and extra sleeping space on the lower level. The open kitchen, living, and dining room opens to the large sunny deck on one side of the house with outside shower, and theres a covered/shaded porch on the front. The entrance to the lower level TV lounge -which is stylish, windowed and has high ceilings - and full laundry room,is accessible via a covered outdoor staircase. Although just a 10-15 minute walk from South Beach, it has a private sand volleyball court, giving one the sense that the beach extends to the house, especially since you can often hear the waves at high tide.
