Meg Bodnar arrived on Martha’s Vineyard in 2004 and has been representing buyers and sellers on the island since 2006. Bringing expertise from past careers in philanthropy, marketing and photography, in San Francisco, CA and Telluride, CO, she puts her extensive experience, professionalism and tenacious due diligence skills into action for her clients. Continually cultivating the network of local resources, she has built over almost two decades in the real estate business on the island, she skillfully guides clients through the buying/selling process and the critical decision-making around these extremely valuable assets. Meg is known for her discreet, honest and hardworking style and for creating successful outcomes for her clients. Meg also continues her philanthropic work – she co-chaired the fundraising effort for the campaign to save the historic Gay Head Lighthouse from imminent cliff erosion and currently sits on the local advisory board for MVYouth. Meg lives in Aquinnah with her husband Jay, a general contractor, and their two daughters.

Jessica Bradlee was raised on Martha's Vineyard and her local knowledge and connections throughout the island towns make her a valuable and resource savvy member of the team. At Tea Lane Associates, Jessica is known for wearing many professional hats ranging from licensed real estate Salesperson, to Rental Administrator helping to steer and organize the brokerage's successful vacation rental branch. Jessica also works in the Chilmark Tax Collection office and is a culinary school trained chef.  She balances each of her current and prior professions in addition to spending her most precious time with her son, partner and their dogs being out on their boat and cooking for friends and family. She is known for her focus, and organization and ability to find new and creative ways to bring in more sales and rental opportunities. 

Heather Dyas-Fried began spending time on Martha's Vineyard in 1985 when her father moved to Vineyard Haven. In 2017, she became a year-round resident, moving to the island from the Philadelphia area with her husband and children. For over two decades, Heather was an actor, activist, and the artistic coordinator of Equalogy, a theatre for social change working to end violence against women. Heather made the transition to real estate at the end of 2021 and began working with Tea Lane Associates. Heather's clients appreciate her care, honesty, and attention to detail. The creativity and organizational skills that made her successful in managing a staff and touring shows has translated well into the complexities involved in buying and selling real estate. 

Jill has lifelong roots in Chilmark as a summer resident. She became a year-round resident in 1993 after graduating from college. She began her real estate career in 1994. Jill enjoys the way the real estate business on Marthas Vineyard allows her to blend her long-time island relationships into her work life helping islanders and summer residents with their real estate goals. Jill successfully sells in all price points of the market island-wide. She is experienced in representing both Sellers and Buyers protecting her client’s privacy in the small community and is known to be honest, diligent, thoughtful, influential, and creative in achieving a positive result for her clients. Jill was a representative for the Student Advisory Council in the Up-Island School district for 6 years and served on the Island Affordable Housing Fund. She currently serves as a corporator for the board of Martha’s Vineyard Bank. Jill has extensive experience in building and land development, has represented multiple sellers in transactions with the Marthas Vineyard Land Bank, and has been instrumental in large land planning decisions. She understands the nuances of the various town boards and what it takes to get projects successfully approved. Jill lives in West Tisbury with her husband Jason, a general contractor, and her three children.

British born, Alexis Holden, has lived and worked year round on Martha’s Vineyard since 2001.  During a successful career in sales, marketing and product development for a UK brand she moved to the USA to help launch the brand in North America. She spent time on both the East and West coasts and ultimately settled on the Vineyard to start a family.  After running two thriving businesses on the island, Alexis transitioned to a career in real estate and joined Tea Lane Associates in 2010. 

Combining her previous business experience and love of real estate and meeting people, Alexis brings a wealth of sales, marketing, and negotiation skills not only as an experienced real estate salesperson but also as coordinator of Tea Lane’s social media.  A year-round resident for 23 years, she is plugged into the community and able to advise on all aspects of buying or selling on Martha’s Vineyard and give the best possible service to her clients, with attention to detail and a professional approach paramount to every transaction. 

Alexis lives in a midcentury home that she renovated in 2020, located in Pilot Hill, which is a private farm on the north shore of Vineyard Haven.

Michelle Foster Kelly has worked selling real estate since 1997.

Prior to getting her real estate license she worked at two respected Martha's Vineyard architecture firms. She appreciates and is knowledgeable about the design, craftsmanship and work that goes into a building or renovating a home. She and her husband have built two homes together as well as renovating a farmhouse. She has experience in both residential and commercial real estate and specializes in land sales and antique homes. She's known for being detail oriented and a strong advocate for her clients.

She lives with her family in one of the homes that they built and enjoys winter sports with her kids.

Yale BA - History 1967, MBA Wharton Business School - Finance 1969, Fixed Income Sales with Salomon Brothers, Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns 1969-1996 and Residential Real Estate Sales on Martha's Vineyard 1996-present with Tea Lane Associates primarily.  My focus on Wall Street and Martha's Vineyard has been the same --  client service, product knowledge and value analysis.

Robert Kenney has worked in real estate since 1996 and has been a valued member of Tea Lane Associates since 2004. His 25 year career on Wall Street in fixed income sales at Salomon Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns allows for Robert’s unique perspective on value analysis. Robert spent his undergraduate years at Yale, received his MBA at Wharton Business School and continues strong ties in both communities. His financial and business background is an asset for both Buying and Selling clients. Robert is known for his product knowledge, client service, mentorship of other agents, his astute analysis of complex properties, and his deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the island.

Elle Lash has been practicing real estate on Martha's Vineyard since 2012. She started working with Tea Lane Associates in 2016 and got her broker's license in 2020.  She grew up summering on the Island, visiting her grandparents at their home in Chilmark. Elle and her family moved to the Vineyard to help sell the family compound. The complexity and challenge of that transaction was the catalyst for her decision to pursue a real estate license.  Prior to working in real estate on Martha's Vineyard, Elle lived in New York City and had  a career in theatre and television that spanned both the artistic and business sides of the industry. In addition to her work as a broker, Elle serves on the School Advisory Committee for West Tisbury, is an active member and advocate for the Coalition to Create a Martha's Vineyard Housing Bank, and is a Facilitator for the town of West Tisbury's Master Plan Visioning Project, and she's an active alumnae of her alma mater, Smith College. She is a founding member of the Martha's Vineyard based TBD Improv comedy group and performs locally. Elle's clients appreciate her diplomacy, communication skills, tenacity, and her ability to understand the history and story of a property. She's worked on sales at all levels, including some notable high end sales, and is known for navigating complex deals, customer care, and negotiation skills.

Kyle Neyer began his career in real estate in 2011.  Prior to that he was working in the retail/fashion merchandising industry where he spent 14 years in New York City working for Coach, Tommy Hilfiger and finally as the Director of Merchandising for Nautica Jeans Company.  Real estate and the mountains always called to him and so his next 10 year professional pursuit was working as a real estate broker in Vermont at Sugarbush Resort, specifically working within a team designing, selling and marketing two luxury ski on/off properties.  Kyle and his husband Mark bought a vacation property on Martha's Vineyard in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the warm, caring community. Kyle, Mark and their rescue pets moved to the Vineyard full time in late 2021 and he began working for Tea Lane Associates soon afterwards.   Kyle enjoys gardening and the arts and is an active volunteer with the Oak Bluffs Tree Stewards, MV Greenhouse and supporting the Featherstone Center for the Arts.  While different in locale and genre these varied real estate exposures have given him a deep and experienced understanding of many different types of properties from ski to beach.

Abby Rabinovitz is the owner and principal broker of Tea Lane Associates.  She began working at Tea Lane in 1999, learning the business from her aunt, Eleanor D. Pearlson, and Eleanor’s partner, Julia Sturges, the company’s founders. Sixteen years ago she took over running Tea Lane Associates.  Abby knows the Martha’s Vineyard market intimately and has been involved in high end transactions throughout the island. Those who enter Tea Lane’s doors are her clients and she is dedicated and responsible to all of them.  She has been honored to see clients and their families return multiple times over the twenty five years she has worked here. 

Before real estate, her first career was as a professional flutist, improvisor and composer. On the faculty at New England Conservatory, she was the recipient of two Fulbrights, founding member of the Klezmer Conservatory Band and the leader on two albums of her own music. She lived in India for two years where she studied North Indian classical flute with world famous flutist Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. 

Abby lives in Chilmark with her husband in a home they built together. Abby’s continuing passion is leading a dynamic company as it continues to evolve and ensuring that Tea Lane Associates remains responsive to the needs of every Tea Lane client while supporting the agents that work here and acting as a positive force in the Martha’s Vineyard community.

Selena Roman, a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill,  has been working in real estate company management for nearly thirty years. She joined Tea Lane Associates in 2007. With a background in insurance and financial management, she moved to Martha’s Vineyard year-round in 1985  accepting the General Manager position with a local property and casualty insurance agency. She has passionately engaged in the island community and has served on many boards and town committees over the years including the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce, the Martha’s Vineyard Striped Bass and Bluefish Derby, the Oak Bluffs School PTO, the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School, and the West Tisbury Mill Brook Watershed Committee. She is currently board president at The Polly Hill Arboretum. She and her husband live in West Tisbury.

Heidi Vanderhoop is a native of Martha's Vineyard and has been working in the real estate industry since 2015. As a member of the Wampanoag Tribe, she has deep roots in the island and the community. Before starting her real estate career, Heidi served as the Education Director for the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) and then worked in accounting at the Aquinnah Town Offices. Heidi has a strong commitment to community service, having volunteered on the Aquinnah Board of Library Trustees and served as the Aquinnah Town Constable for over a decade. Currently, she is a member of the Aquinnah Planning Board and serves on the board of directors for Sassafras Earth Education, a non-profit organization dedicated to reconnecting youth and adults to the earth through indigenous mentoring. Heidi also plays an important role in advertising at Tea Lane bringing both her organization and creativity to our marketing. Her clients appreciate her extensive knowledge of the land and history of Martha's Vineyard, her insights on zoning, and her ability to work through complex negotiations.
