238 State Road Vineyard Haven ... this sweet and pristine property sold the March 13th to a year round buyers.   The 1920's bungalow has a 4 bedroom septic system and sits on approx 0.16 acres, conveniently located in town. Set back from the road and with a pretty back yard and patio it feels secluded and private and is an easy walk to shops, school and the ferry.  

Sold for $925,000 (first listed for $950,000 in October 2023). Tea Lane Associates represented the seller. 

Tea Lane represented the Buyer on the sale of 201 Lagoon Pond Road, Vineyard Haven.  This is a dreamy antique water front farmhouse with original barn and outbuilding. In need of a little TLC we cant wait to see what the new owner does to transform this Vineyard Haven gem.   

Closed for $1,755,000 after being initially listed for $2,880,000 in May 2023.

The famous PINK HOUSE in the Oak Bluffs Campgrounds sold in January, after being listed by Tea Lane in May 2023.   Many of the campground cottages are not suitable for winter occupancy, as they were originally meant to only be use in the summertime.   This cottage, however, is insulated, heated and air-conditioned for year-round use and is notably one of the most photographed homes on Martha's Vineyard.  2023 was the perfect year to sell the hot pink home  and garnered lots of publicity and press during the year of Barbie-mania .... it's no wonder it sold so fast!

Tea Lane Associates represented both seller and buyer in the deal which closed on January for $740,000.  

In mid January we closed on a substantial home in the Quansoo area of Chilmark.  A few miles down a dirt road on 3 acres, this 6 bedroom 4 bath home on Old Fields Path, has a sweet deeded walking path to Little Sandy beach on the Tisbury Great pond.  

This was "quietly" listed for sale and closed for $5,000,000.  Tea Lane represented both buyer and seller

Sometimes you have to play the long game in real estate and patience paid off with the sale of 30 Pond Road, West Tisbury in the new year.  Working through the details Tea Lane Associates seller clients closed for $2,207,500 on January 3rd 2024. 

The new owners of this pretty 3 bedroom home in Deep Bottom Association will also be making the home available as a summer rental in 2024
