On the second floor, the two additional bedrooms and bathroom are each accessible via private outdoor entrances off the deck. Note that the two upstairs bedrooms opening onto the deck are reached by a short flight of outdoor stairs. Tucked behind the house, a hammock invites you to engage in some relaxed forest bathing. Clean, tidy, quirky, and fun.
Several publicly accessible beaches are a short drive away. The property abuts the 77-acre Ripley’s Field Preserve, with a trailhead opening steps from the driveway, and offers immediate proximity to a further 283 acres of Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank holdings, threaded by well-maintained trails for hiking, biking, and nature study.
