vintage yet contemporary cape with open plan living. The outdoor deck extends the full length of the house & the umbrella table seats 10 to 12. The screened porch is done in white wicker and chintz. Lovely outdoor furniture
and beautiful potted plants and arrangements complete the setting. Second floor: smaller primary Queen bedroom with private bath; two twin bedrooms; a children’s bedroom with one twin and one large bedroom with King bed. Additional hall bathroom serves these bedrooms. Beautiful waterviews from Rhode Island up to the end of the Cape can be enjoyed from these three waterview facing bedrooms. Outdoor shower, first floor half bath & separate laundry room allow additional, convenient showering
and laundering especially after a day at the beach. Other features: CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING w/hepa filters; hot air heat. Bi-weekly trash pick-up is a great convenience. Beach Access: The house is about one mile from beautiful beaches and local
shops and restaurants in Aquinnah. Parking permit (for Aquinnah residents only) allows parking for Philbin and Lobsterville Beaches and dockside parking at the Town landing from where the walk-on bike ferry makes regular trips across to Menemsha. Park your vehicle with this pass and enjoy a day of charter fishing from the town landing. In addition, The All-island Transport bus stops at the foot of drive when flagged - great for those who
do not drive. At the end of the day, enjoy truly spectacular sunsets from inside and out. This home is a perfect choice for a memorable and
