Or go up to the Aquinnah Circle shops, a 5-minute walk, to find some island treasures, get a cup of coffee or pick up a few needed groceries from the market. And no trip to Aquinnah would be complete without visiting the Gay Head Lighthouse. In the evening, relax on the deck with views of Chilmark and Menemsha Hills, or from the back deck, enjoy a vista to the Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands in the distance - and of course the Lighthouse! Those same expansive views can be seen from the primary bedroom with the ensuite half bath. Even the second bedroom with the two twin beds has a view of the Sound and the Elizabeth Islands in the distance. The full bath lies across the hallway from the light and airy open kitchen and living room with cathedral ceilings. Finally, there is no better place on Martha's Vineyard than the Aquinnah Cliffs observation deck to watch the sunset. To top things off, one of the best restaurants on island, the Outermost Inn, is a 5 minute walk away. The bus stop at the Aquinnah Circle Shops can take you to the rest of the island, although having a car to explore the island is ideal!. Ferry tickets available for specific weeks.
