Fall 2017 Reflects Property Transactions across all Martha's Vineyard Towns

Fall 2017 saw a wide selection of real estate transactions for Tea Lane, covering all 6 Martha's Vineyard towns and including the following: 

On October 25th and after only 67 days on market Tea Lane Associates sold 3 Tennis Lane - a 5 bed home with pool in Chilmark for $2,165,000

78 Mitchell Road in Mink Meadows, Vineyard Haven was purchased by a buyer client of TLA for $905,000 on October 20th

Tea Lane brought the buyer of this Edgartown house and land at 9 Katama Farms Road for $1,550,000 on October 18th. 

Another sweet Edgartown home, (that we have also successfully rented for many years), was sold quickly by Tea Lane, and went under contract after less than 2 weeks on market selling for $1,110,000.  15 Knoll Drive, Edgartown.

We hope the new owners have stocked up on candy and are ready for Trick or Treating next weekend at 97 William Street (the epicenter of halloween on MV), in the historical district of Vineyard Haven.   Tea Lane represented both buyer and seller in this transaction which was completed  for $1,943,000 on September 8th 2017.

We're excited to see what the new owners have in store when they rennovate the historic Mayhew house (which we wrote about previousely here), on Clam Point Cove, Chilmark which closed on Sept 7th  for $2,225,000. 

And to Aquinnah and 1 Seahorse Lane closed for $875,000 on Sept 6th 2017 after being on the market for less than a month!

This 3 acre parcel of land in Chilmark on Bijahs Way caught the eye of a buyer planning on building their dream home and closed on Sept 5th for $576,000

Two West Tisbury properties closed at the end of August - 30 Lookout Hill Road in West Tisbury closed on August 23rd for $1,275,000.  Tea Lane Associates represented the seller and 6 North Vine Lane closed on the 24th August for $1,825,000 Tea lane represented both parties in this transaction.

And to complete the island "Hat Trick" covering all towns, we represented the seller in the sale of 13 Hubbard Lane in Oak Bluffs - a cute cottage overlooking the Lagoon, sold for $1,080,000 on August 18th.
