FEATURED PROPERTY VIDEO: Iconic Moshup Trail Waterfront Beach House Sells.

We're reminded of long summer beach days at Philbin beach and the Aquinnah Cliffs in this video produced by Ozoraco for us last year for the sale of the "Mondriain", or "Painted" House on Moshups Trail .  This iconic Martha's Vineyard property changed hands on January 31st 2019 for $2,150,000. Tea Lane Associates represented both buyer and seller in the transaction, and the buyers plan to keep the house as is for the time being.
