November 17th was also the closing date for some satisfied Tea Lane buyers who acquired this lovely Vineyard Haven home on sought after Hatch Road. The property closed for $1,559,300
Another substantial property that transfered last month is located on Wakeman Road, off South Road, in Chilmark. Tea Lane Associates represented both parties in the transaction which was completed on November 2nd. The buyers have strong ties to the Island, and already own property here. The 5 bedroom comfortable and immaculate home with swimming pool and pool house and including protected south shore water views with pond/ocean access close by, closed for $6,075,000 after "quietly" being listed earlier this year.
This in-town Edgartown home, on Pine Street, sits on a large parcel close to town, and sold in November. Tea Lane Associates secured a healthy $987,500 for the seller, closing on November 1st.
At the end of October, Tea Lane sold Menemsha Inn Road, Chilmark, for $1,825,000. A unique waterfront offering on Martha's Vineyards beautiful North Shore. Situated on a bluff right above the beach, the new owners will be able to enjoy Menemsha's famous sunsets every day! Again, both buyer and seller were represented by Tea Lane.
