As the island recovers from 3 and a half, (the last one didn't amount to much), Nor'easters in two weeks, we're recapping the total number of property transactions that Tea Lane Associates has been a part of for the first three months of 2018.
We were involved in 10 transactions out of a total of 103 transactions on the island so far this year. Our 10% incuded 4 pieces of land, ranging from $300 for a blackpoint beach key to $812,000 for a 6 acre Chilmark parcel. Two West Tisbury homes sold for over $600,000 each. We also closed on Chilmark, West Tisbury and Vineyard Haven real estate that sold for in excess of 1.5 million dollars, including Vineyard Haven waterfront for 3.8 milion dollars.

On January 9th 2018 we brought the buyer for 51 and 58 Pease Point Way in Chilmark. Located right on Menemsha pond, this original camp cottage, with exraordinary views sold to a West Coast clients who already own a home here and were looking for a fun waterfront retreat. We think they found it! The property closed for 2.2 million dollars.
On January 11th - we sold a Black Point beach key that went on the market last summer for $300,000
Tea Lane Associates represented both buyer and seller for two pieces of West Tisbury Land on Fire Tower Road. The first 3 acre piece sold for $685,000 on January 22nd and the second 3.15 acres went for $800,000 on February 8th.
This cool West Tisbury farmhouse with detatched studion sold on January 24th after 480 days on the market. Tea Lane realised a sales figure of $787,500 for the seller.
This wonderful waterview summer home closed on Feburary 28th for $1,125,000. Located between North and Middle Roads with views over the North shore the property went on the market last fall and took only 135 days to sell.
A great year round saltbox home in the lovely Skiffs Avenue neighborhood of West Tisbury sold for $690,000 on March 16th. Located close to the West Tisbury school and shops and close to everything - this was a great buy for someone. Tea Lane Associates represtented the seller.
Another beautiful 6 acre piece of property on the North Shore sold early this week on March 20th. 9 Brickyard Road in Chilmark sold for $812,000. Tea Lane Associates brought the buyer.
