SOLD: Triple header ends the week!

The fall brings the fruits of our summer labor with closings happening before winter creeps in and people lose momentum.

Three SOLD properties closed out the first week of October 2019 for Tea Lane, with a triple header of – buyer, buyer/seller and seller representation.

The first of our Friday triple header is this Chilmark cottage down on the road to Quansoo. After 18 months on the market,  Tea Lane brought the buyer for the purchase  price of $749,900.   26 Kenasaoome Way is on 3.2 acres and comprises of a 2 bedroom cottage with a detached third bedroom/bunk house, the property sale price represents extremely good value for the location!
