SOLD: West Tisbury Property will become the new home of Plum Hill School

5 Pine Lane off Old County Road sold last week for $837,000 ( asking price $879,900). 

This warm and welcoming property on almost 2 acres of land will become the new home for Plum Hill School, the islands much loved Waldorf Pre School.

Tea Lane Associates represented the seller for the transaction which complete after only 61 days on the market ( and during a worldwide pandemic none the less!).

The sale means that the school will remain in West Tibury after being located off New Lane since the early 2000's. The new location is close to the West Tisbury Elementary school and MV Charter school, providing a nice easy transition for the school children when they move onto Elementary school.

The sellers were delighted that their home will beome the school remarking that they are happy to know that the children will enjoy their gardens for years to come.
