What a week this is …. Four sales transactions this week and its only Wednesday!
First up a stunning property at 72 Cobbs Hill Road on the highly desirable Tisbury Great Pond in Chilmark. Tea Lane Associates brought the perfect buyer for this amazing 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom waterfront home which sold after only 43 days on the market for $7,650,000, the highest value sale in Chilmark this year. The property was listed for sale for $8,900,000.
Second and third this week are two homes in Vineyard Haven. Another picturesque property on Tashmoo Pond, 138 Pasture Gate Road was purchased for $2,325,000 by Tea Lane clients, after two years on the market. It was originally listed in fall of 2014 for $2,750,000.
Then Tea Lane Associates’ listing at 131 East Sound Lane in Pilot Hill with water view and access to private beach closed on October 28th for $2,526,000 after being listed for $2,900,000 in March 2016
