SOLD: LAND and THREE homes close for the beginning of September

We've closed on 4 Tea Lane Associates listings so far this September representing 4 of the Vineyard towns.  

In West Tisbury we sold 8.69 acres of land at 20 Luce Farm Road after only 10 days on the market it sold for $717,500.  This lovely location is close to Cedar Tree Neck preserve of walking trails and beach.   Located just off Indian Hill Road is a great central island location to build a 6 bedroom home with approved septic. 

In Vineyard Haven, this 2 bed Condominium in Tashmoo Woods sold on 9th Sept for $625,000.  It took approx a year and a half to sell, typical for Martha's Vineyard,  and after one price adjustment it sold for 10% less than the original ask of $695,000.

On the 16th September 2019, we closed on 14 Swans Way in Chilmark. Such a cute cottage and great opportunity to be in this location for the price.  The property came on the market for $875,000 in March of this year and was under agreement a month later.  As if often the case on Martha's Vineyard, there was some due dilligence to be done, and 5 months later the brokers brought it gracefully to a close for $860,000.  

And the icing on the cake -  this fantastic Edgartown waterfront with deep water dock is described as a "Special Edgartown inner harbor front property with glorious 180 degree views. Every room and location on the property enjoys magnificent views. This property tugs at your heart and won't let go" . It closed on September 12th for $8,769,000.
