When builder Tom Tate bought a tear-down that sat high on a bluff in this private waterfront location, he envisaged this next project to be a beachfront home unlike any other on the Vineyards North Shore. That's when the current owners came in.  The property was exactly what they had dreamed of and something they had difficulty finding on The Vineyard. They purchased the property in 2017 and immediately set to work with Tom Tate's team to finish it to their style and shared vision.  And what an amazing job they did.  With no expense spared, systems were relocated, the lower level was completely re-finished to include a huge additional living space - gym, wine room, office, kitchenette, powder room, laundry and play/rec space.

Pretty much all that was required in the interior spaces on the main level was furniture and decoration, and the new owners embraced this “blank canvas” and set to work to decorate their new home with exquisite taste and using influences from Cape Verde and Europe.  They succeeded in creating a beautiful home with a laid back atmosphere that makes you relax from the moment you enter the property. Everything complimented the existing Italian tile floors, clean modern living spaces and tropical wood accents.
