SOLD: What sold in July on Martha's Vineyard?

Tea Lane Associates closed on 4 properties during the month of July, closing out the month with this sweet West Tisbury home which closed on July 30th  

We represented the seller and acheived the asking price after only 4 months on the market.   64 Taisquam Lane, West Tisbury closed for $878,000.

A week prior to this we closed on this lovely contemporary 4 bedroom  Chilmark home, located off Meeting House Road on King's Highway. 

92 Kings Highway, Chilmark was listed in february 2020 for $1,250,000 and sold for $950,000 on July 24th 2020.

This classic beach house situated on almost 24 acres with some of the most spectacular Vineyard Atlantic waterviews sold early in July for  $5,500,000.  The prioperty is part of a multiple offering within the Homers Pond Association with many benefits including access to the 1200 feet of private beach and hundreds of acres of conservation land.  The home can be re built as one of two main dwellings that could be allowed on the property.  Tea Lane represented the seller in the transaction with concluded on July 9th after being on the market since April 2020 and first listed at $5,750,000

10 Sampson Lane, Edgartown sold for $496,000 on July 2nd 2020 after being listed for sale on March 11th 2020 for $524,000.
