The first one was once home to the author and activist Lillian Hellman, and was first listed exclusively by Tea Lane Associates for $4,395,000 earlier in 2017.

This lovely West Tisbury home in a year round community, close to West Tisbury School, Alleys Store, and North Tisbury village is a true gem and offers great value being offered for under $700,000.  Access to coveted Lamberts Cove beach on the North Shore or Long Point on the South Shore is granted to all West Tisbury homeowners and its central island location means all the Vineyard towns and amenities are not too far away.
